We had a great experience with Riddles! From the moment we walked in, we were sincerely welcomed and provided assistance. We went in not knowing what we liked and Marisela spent almost two hours with us as I tried on dozens of rings. She provided great information and was honest and helpful. I found a lovely ring that I know I will be happy with for years to come. The warranty and care of the rings are unmatched and I look forward to continuing working with the great staff at Riddles.

Always had a thing for BHG and Riddle's Jewelry provided an excellent experience in purchasing a ring for my Lady. Very enlightening conversation with the CSR with the highlight being "Where you from?" "Texas" "Well, we can order this particular ring, you will receive in 3-5 days." "That's not gonna work... I like kinda need it now!!" "Oh..." had a good laugh... And from there the CSR took the reins and showed a fabulous BHG ring... my Lady loves it!!!

We bought all of my wedding jewelry from Riddle’s ten years ago! So, I’ve had lots of experiences in the store, just to maintain the warranty. I have NEVER had a bad experience. I’m always helped promptly, the warranty is easy to maintain and use, the customer service is always top notch, and there isn’t much turnover with employees.

The staff was so nice and helpful when I bought my ring and I was one of those who came in like 15 minutes before closing (not on purpose I thought the mall was open til nine ...it's not ) I already knew what I wanted , the Disney enchanted Ursula ring , but the women were so nice and extremely helpful . My ring is beautiful I love love love it . I was allowed to do layaway. And when I picked up my ring again the staff so nice , I will definitely shop from this store again

My experience was pleasant. I was helped as soon as I stepped into the store. I tried on a couple different rings and was able to find the perfect ring. My fiancé was also able to get his ring ordered.

I walked into Riddle's with my wedding ring missing it's main diamond,other several smaller diamonds, and every prong worn to nothing. When I picked that ring up 2 weeks later, I barely recognized it! They transformed my 16 year old ring into a brand new beautiful treasure!! I LOVE it! I absolutely cried over the deal! I couldn't even imagine another ring. Thank you all SO much!

After trying a few jewelers, Riddles is my safe place! Always such friendly and knowledgeable employees, the warranty, cleaning, and repairs on jewelry is fantastic! I will continue to choose Riddles for any/all lifelong jewelry purchases! Added perk, they have multiple locations and every shop will treat my forever jewelry as if they are the ones who sold it to me!

I brought in an old ruby men’s ring in a custom mounting and purchased a loose fancy yellow diamond to replace the ruby. Goldsmiths Lacy and Jesse ordered a new head for my new stone and set it beautifully. They mentioned it was a tricky job but they got it done a few days early, even. I would recommend them for all of your jewelry buying and repairing needs!
